DiagNavi is an independent provider. All brand names, logos, and trademarks (including but not limited to Mercedes-Benz, BMW, VAG, Porsche, McLaren, Jaguar, Land Rover) are the property of their respective owners. Their use on this Site is for identification and informational purposes only and does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by the vehicle manufacturers.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY (CRITICAL) 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DiagNavi shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our diagnostic tools. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Damage to vehicle electronic control units (ECUs).

• Loss of data or vehicle functionality.

• Financial losses due to vehicle downtime. The user assumes all risks associated with vehicle coding and programming.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY 

All software provided is licensed, not sold. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any DiagNavi products.

6. PAYMENTS & REFUNDS 

All transactions are processed in USD (or local currency). Due to the digital nature of software licenses, refunds are only issued if the product is proven non-functional and technical support cannot resolve the issue.

7. GOVERNING LAW 

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
